Founded in 2006, the Tampa Hispanic Bar Association (THBA) was created as a place where Hispanic legal professionals could come together to support one another, celebrate our culture, and serve the community in which we work and live. Now celebrating our 20th year, THBA continues to bring together judges, attorneys, and legal professionals committed to strengthening our profession and expanding access to justice within the Hispanic community.

For two decades, THBA has supported its members through professional development, networking, mentorship, and community engagement, while creating opportunities for the next generation of Hispanic lawyers through scholarships and mentorship. We are committed to identifying and addressing the legal needs of the underserved Hispanic community while upholding the integrity of the legal system.
